01General Terms & Conditions

All betting on Exlbet is governed by the following rules.

General Betting Terms

• Minimum bet: ৳100
• Maximum single bet: determined by account level
• A maximum of 15 events can be added to an accumulator.
• The maximum possible payout on an accumulator is ৳10,00,000.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

Exlbet may void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If a technical error in the odds is proven.
• If evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found.
• If abnormal circumstances arise that affect the determination of a result.

Live Betting Special Terms

Odds in live betting change in real time. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Network delays may cause odds to shift — in such cases, the updated odds will be shown and the player will have the option to confirm or cancel.

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Exlbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from bonuses require wagering to be completed before withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Once a bonus expires, the bonus balance will be automatically removed.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 5x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Must be used within 30 days of receipt.
• The welcome bonus is applicable once per person/household/device/IP address.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Exlbet:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity on the platform.

If evidence of violating this prohibition is found, Exlbet reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

07Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by Exlbet

Exlbet may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms is proven.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If use of multiple accounts is confirmed.
• Extended inactivity on the account (24 months).

Closed by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request. If you need to withdraw a balance after account closure, contact our support team.

08Responsible Gaming Policy

Exlbet is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Betting is meant to be fun — not a burden.

• 18+ Rule: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use Exlbet under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude for 6 months or more.
